Laurent Howe

With a good track record in project management, I founded my own real estate development company in 2019.  Throughout my career, I have distinguished myself by the precision of my work, my keen understanding of stakeholders, and my professional ethics. I am recognized for my ability to develop transparent and mutually beneficial collaborations for both developers and municipalities.  

 

Over the course of my career, I have worked on the organization and development of various organizations, whether in the field of transportation electrification, sustainable industrial development or real estate development.  For example, I led an organization to double its organizational capacity simply by reworking its project management methodology.  

 

The founding of this company represents the culmination of 15 years experience in organizational leadership and project process management. Along with having developed in-depth expertise in project feasibility and financial planning. Combining these, I help my clients and partners to make the choices that will bring them the best possible return in line with their priorities.  

 

Since launch, my interventions have led to the realization of dozens of varied projects.  Among them, I've formulated bylaw proposals to municipalities to facilitate projects, and helped break the deadlock on a logistics center project that had been in the planning stages for years by proposing solutions that satisfied all stakeholders.  I've had the opportunity to develop my skills on a variety of projects, working on projects such as seniors residences, specialized training centers, community centers, offices, and many others. 

 

It was originally my customers who encouraged me to set up my own business and provide my services. I will always be grateful to them and every client for providing me with the opportunity to realize their vision and make a difference in the urban landscape.
